Our Hospice Opportunity Boutique (HOB) celebrated two wonderfully successful years of operation in March 2008 and continues to be a key fundraising support for the Vancouver Hospice Society.

The HOB opened in February 2006 and is operated by a dedicated team of volunteers of the Vancouver Hospice Society (VHS). All proceeds from the sale of gently used boutique quality women’s clothing and accessories go to supporting and advocating compassionate care for those facing advanced illness, death and bereavement.

The Society is currently working toward the development of a new hospice home for Vancouver. Every dollar you spend at The HOB goes directly to realizing this vision.

Our volunteers have raised over $150,000 in sales to date. They have also contributed greatly to raising awareness about the VHS, providing information about end of life care and bereavement programs, and offering a sense of community to all who drop by.
