The Weight We Carry
Join other frontline workers in a supportive gathering designed to help lighten some of the often unacknowledged grief you carry day to day.
This event creates a compassionate space to explore and release some of the grief encountered through your work — the unseen losses, cumulative impacts, isolating experiences, and the emotional and mental weight that builds over time. Guided by experienced clinical counsellors and social workers, the session will include gentle activities that foster connection and shared reflection around grief. This is a much-needed opportunity to pause, be held in community, and begin processing some of what you carry.

“Somewhere in us a dignity presides that is more gracious than the smallness
that fuels us with fear and force; a dignity that trusts the form a day takes.”
John O’Donohue
